- Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist both internal and external customers with their parts needs.
- The ability to Multi-Task
- Solicit potential new Wholesale customers in greater GTA area
- Build report with existing wholesale customers and new customers
- Work parts back / front counter answering phones, making parts sales.
- Respond to wholes customer emails,
- Ensure that customers are made aware of the entire product line and accessories.
- Follow cash handling procedures as outlined.
- Help with delivery of parts as needed to wholesale customers
- Ensure that the procedures for handling cash and all other methods of payment are adhered to.
- Ensure that parts are correctly checked against delivery notes, binned accordingly and that the delivery note is signed.
- Pack and load parts correctly; and keep track of all dispatch documentation.
- Report any stock damage or losses to the Parts Manager.
- Ensure that all old units returned to the Parts Department are clean.
- Ensure that all old units and chargeable cases are returned to the supplier in the prescribed manner.
- Maintain a surcharge ledger.
- Answer phones professionally and in a timely fashion.
- Maintain and update displays as required.
- Assist in stock checks when required.
- Perform core returns
- Perform parts returns.
- Respond to D2D orders.
- Arrange for EV battery returns/ pick-ups.
- Ensure that the work area is kept to a high standard of cleanliness.
- Maintain good relationships with all suppliers.
- Drive Parts truck as needed.
- Attend training courses and keep up-to-date on all new and improved products.
- Perform other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions.
- Perform variable duties
- Complete Chrysler Parts Advisor yearly certification
- Help in yearly parts audit.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail auto parts department.
- Need not apply if you do not have automotive parts advisor experience
- Proficiency in Reynolds & Reynolds computer systems.
- Good command of English language, good grammar, composing emails.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Professional appearance at all times, no jeans, t-shirts & friendly disposition.
- Work in a team environment.
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times.
- Have a great work ethic.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

- dealership: 3 years (required)
- Parts Advisor in GTA are: 3 years (required)
- Automotive Parts Advisor: 4 years (required)
- wholesale parts: 2 years (preferred)
- Reynolds Ignite: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
