Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Lloydminster, AB, for an Inside Sales Representative. The role involves assisting customers by identifying their needs, providing product information, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to support business growth.
Additional responsibilities include inventory management, and order picking as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Account Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Assets
- Experience Working in a B2B Environment
- Experience using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Knowledge of industrial or hydraulic products
