Summary
We are seeking Light Duty Cleaners to join our team in Centre Wellington. Seven hours every Saturday or Sunday - the work day would be consistent. This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients' facilities, supporting our commitment to greener cleaning practices and exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Perform light cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal to ensure hygienic environments.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, offices, and restrooms according to company standards.
- Use eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment in line with Green Seal and Eco-Logo certifications.
- Follow safety procedures and report any maintenance issues or hazards.
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and stored properly.
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on quality service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial or light cleaning roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
