Pest Control Technician – Full-Time

Green Piper Pest Control is expanding, and we’re looking for a reliable, motivated Pest Control Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and helping customers protect their homes and businesses.
Full-time hours. Commission based position paid on production and volume of customer jobs, daily. Potential for $50-$80k each year.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial pest control services, including inspections, treatments, and follow-ups
- Identify pest activity, entry points, and contributing conditions
- Communicate findings and treatment plans clearly with customers
- Complete digital service reports, documentation, and recommendations
- Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and PPE to a high standard
- Follow all safety procedures, product-handling protocols, and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent Green Piper professionally at all times
- Willingness to travel would be an asset
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Driver's Abstract
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and solve problems on-site
- Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and all weather conditions
- Able to pass a criminal record check
- Mechanical aptitude or experience with tools is an asset
- No prior pest control experience required—training will be provided
