Brunch Server / Barista
Join our team in Yaletown! We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and customer-focused team member to support our busy brunch service. This is a dynamic front-of-house role that combines serving, guest service, cash handling, and coffee preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to tables in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other drinks.
- Operate the POS system and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, coffee station, and service areas.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a brunch restaurant, café, or hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
- Weekend availability is required.
