We’re looking for someone creative, fast-moving, and highly executional to help us scale our content and social presence.
This is a hands-on, content-first role where you will own the creation and execution of content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
You will be responsible for ideating, filming, editing, posting, and optimizing content, with the goal of growing our audience, increasing engagement, and driving brand awareness.
You’ll also be one of the faces of the brand, helping bring NutriCanine to life on social.
This is a highly executional role with real ownership, ideal for someone who loves creating, moving quickly, and being in the action.
- Ideate, film, edit, and publish short-form and long-form content across platforms
- Create viral, trend-driven content with quick turnaround times
- Develop a mix of entertaining, lifestyle, educational, and behind-the-scenes content
- Build content series and creative campaigns
- Stay on top of trends and bring fresh, relevant ideas to the brand
- Be on camera and help tell the NutriCanine story
- Capture content in-office, at our fulfillment facility, and occasionally on location
- Work with dogs regularly in content (product, lifestyle, educational)
- Support photoshoots, content days, and marketing campaigns
- Travel occasionally for content shoots (must have access to a car)
- Manage posting calendar and scheduling across platforms
- Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with the community
- Actively engage with other accounts to grow reach and visibility
- Identify, outreach to, and manage influencers and UGC creators
- Coordinate product sends, scripts, and content deliverables
- Negotiate basic creator agreements and manage relationships
- Collaborate with agency partners on campaigns and content
- Support broader marketing initiatives (email, campaigns, website, events, content shoots)
- Collaborate with internal teams, creators, and external partners
- Ensure content aligns with NutriCanine’s brand voice and standards
- Collaborate with our paid media agency by sharing content and ideas
- Flag strong organic content that could be adapted for paid
- Provide input and feedback on creative when relevant
- Organize and maintain a structured content library (assets, captions, etc.)
- Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth)
- Identify what’s working and recommend improvements
- Consistent, high-quality content output across platforms
- Growth in engagement and community interaction
- Strong alignment with NutriCanine’s brand voice and style
- Smooth execution and coordination across marketing initiatives
- 1–3 years experience in content creation, social media, or similar role
- Proven track record of growing social accounts and/or creating viral content
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Comfortable filming, editing, and posting content independently
- Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and best practices
- Basic photography, copywriting, and content planning skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- You are creative, proactive, and love executing not just planning
- Comfortable being on camera
- Loves dogs and is excited to work with them regularly
- Has access to a car and can travel locally when needed
- Experience with influencer or UGC campaigns
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Shopify, or scheduling platforms
