Responsibilities

- Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling products
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and stock levels
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
- Manage cashier duties with professionalism, including cashiering and basic math calculations
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization
- Uphold store policies on phone etiquette, time management, and organizational skills
- Assist in creating an inviting shopping environment that encourages repeat business
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse clientele
- Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technology sales is advantageous
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
