B&B Cleanout Services is a family-run business based out of Abbotsford. We work across the Fraser Valley offering manure cleanout and trucking services to various commercial poultry farms. We are a small crew offering a welcoming, friendly work environment.
We are looking for a hardworking equipment operator to join our crew. If that’s you, you can think and work independently, taking initiative and prioritizing tasks. You are comfortable working in dusty farm conditions, doing physical labour. You are willing to learn and improve, asking questions of more experienced crew members when needed. You are someone with a positive attitude, particularly towards clients and your fellow workers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operating a tractor to clean out the barns and load trucks in tandem with other crew member (previous tractor experience an asset)
Other Responsibilities would include:
- transporting equipment to and from various farms everyday (experience with standard transmissions and trailers an asset)
- moving equipment between various barns throughout the day, including take down and setup of necessary equipment
- blowing and disinfecting barns using a variety of equipment including compressors, hot washers, foggers, etc.
- performing minor maintenance and upkeep duties on various types of equipment (mechanical/maintenance experience an asset)

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
