Notice: Looking to hire a Laser Technician with own Laser Machine.
We are seeking a skilled Laser Technician to join our team in providing exceptional aesthetic and skincare services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, body waxing, and sanitation protocols, with experience in retail sales being a plus. This role involves operating advanced laser equipment to perform various treatments, ensuring client safety and satisfaction while maintaining a clean and professional environment. The Laser Technician will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services that meet our clients’ needs and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Operate laser equipment safely and effectively to perform skin treatments, hair removal, and other aesthetic procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by consulting with clients, explaining procedures, and addressing questions or concerns.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Assist clients with body waxing services as needed, ensuring comfort and professionalism throughout the process.
- Promote retail sales by recommending skincare products and treatment packages tailored to client needs.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and follow-up procedures to ensure optimal results.
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed and client progress in accordance with clinic policies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines related to laser operation and skincare treatments.
Experience
- Prior experience in laser hair removal or aesthetic laser treatments is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards within a medical or spa environment is essential.
- Experience in body waxing techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Retail sales experience is beneficial for promoting skincare products and treatment packages.
- Certification or training in laser technology is a plus; ongoing education is encouraged to stay current with industry standards. Pay: $20.00-$132.00 per hour
