Job Description:
The Inside Sales Representative is an entry-level role responsible for supporting branch operations through customer service, warehouse, and sales support activities. The incumbent will develop product knowledge, operational expertise, and customer relationships while assisting with daily branch functions. Through training and hands-on experience, the successful candidate will progressively take on greater sales responsibilities and contribute to the growth and success of the branch.

Duties include:
Assist customers in person, by phone, and electronically, ensuring a high standard of customer service
Develop and maintain strong relations with customers and vendors
Identify opportunities to grow sales within assigned territory and support branch initiatives
Maintain and expand existing customer base and sales volumes
Execute daily branch functions related to sales, administration, and operations
Work collaboratively with branch personnel to support a team-oriented, customer-focused environment
Support continuous improvement of product knowledge and internal systems/processes
Proactively identify and add new accounts to the customer base
Perform general branch support duties, including warehouse responsibilities such as order picking, stocking, and inventory organization as required
Uphold company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Requirements:
1–2 years of customer service and/or sales experience is considered an asset
Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
Strong team-oriented mindset and ability to contribute to a positive, collaborative branch atmosphere
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as working in a cohesive team environment
Positive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to contributing to a strong branch culture
Self-motivated with a strong drive for success and professional growth

Full-time position. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
