Apprentice Electrician (1st or 2nd Year) – Commercial Construction (Calgary)
We’re hiring a 1st or 2nd year Apprentice Electrician to join our commercial construction team at E1 Electrical Ltd.
Our work includes tenant improvements, new builds, and commercial renovations across Calgary and the surrounding area. This is a great opportunity to learn the trade, build real experience, and be part of a crew that takes pride in doing things right.

The Role
· Assist journeyperson electricians with commercial construction work
· Help install conduit, wiring, lighting, and electrical devices
· Support work on tenant improvements, renovations, and new builds
· Follow drawings and layouts with guidance from the crew
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
· Work closely with your team and learn on the job
· Follow all safety procedures on site
What We’re Looking For
· Registered 1st or 2nd year apprentice
· Interest in commercial construction work
· Willingness to learn and take direction
· Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
· Strong attention to safety
· Positive attitude and good communication
· Safety tickets (WHMIS, CSTS, Fall Arrest, AWP, First Aid) are assets but not required
Pay & Benefits
· $19–20/hr depending on experience
· 10% vacation + stat pay paid on every hour
· Full-time, permanent work
