Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their service needs, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of services provided.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all computer systems are updated with customer information and service history
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge and automotive repair skills
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities
- Previous experience in a dealership would be an asset
- Proficient in upselling and cash handling
- Competent computer skills for managing service records and customer interactions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
