Medical Laser Technician / Medical Aesthetician
Kingsway Dermatology & Cosmetic Centre, one of Ontario's largest and most established cosmetic dermatology practices, is seeking an experienced, passionate, and patient-focused Medical Laser Technician / Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team.
We are a busy, physician-led cosmetic dermatology practice offering advanced laser, skin rejuvenation, and aesthetic treatments. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care, outstanding clinical results, and a premium patient experience.
Position Details
- Full-Time Permanent Position
- Monday to Friday
- Two Saturdays per month

Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a medical spa, cosmetic dermatology clinic, plastic surgery practice, or similar medical aesthetic environment.
- Strong knowledge of skin health, laser safety, and aesthetic treatment planning.
- Comprehensive understanding of medical-grade skincare and skin correction programs.
- Exceptional communication, consultation, and patient care skills.
- Professional, motivated, and team-oriented.
Experience With:
- IPL Photorejuvenation
- BBL (BroadBand Light)
- Laser Hair Removal
- Fractional Laser Resurfacing
- Halo™
- MOXI™
- Ultherapy®
- Medical-grade skincare consultations and treatment planning
- Cosmetic consultations and treatment recommendations
Knowledge of Medical-Grade Skincare:
- Experience recommending and managing professional skincare programs
- Strong knowledge of products such as ZO Skin Health and SkinCeuticals
- Ability to create customized skincare regimens to complement in-clinic treatments and optimize patient outcomes
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced laser and energy-based treatments safely and effectively.
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and assessments.
- Create customized treatment plans tailored to patient goals and concerns.
- Recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products and treatment protocols.
- Educate patients on treatment expectations, pre- and post-care, and skincare regimens.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
