Job Overview

Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards

- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, including utensils and equipment
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours to ensure timely service
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety standards
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Experience with meal preparation and serving in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a focus on delivering excellent food service
