Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and adaptable individuals for On-Call/Short Notice General Labour Work across various industrial and warehouse settings throughout the Windsor Essex area. This role requires flexibility to respond promptly to short-term staffing needs, supporting operations such as packaging, sorting and machine operation. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and experience in warehouse or factory environments. This position offers an opportunity to gain diverse hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in manufacturing/production or warehouse facilites is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently
- Strong attention to safety procedures and ability to recognize potential hazards in the work environment
- Flexibility to work on short notice with variable schedules including evenings or weekends if required
- Steel toe safety shoes and reliable transportation are required
