Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumbing Foreman with a valid ticket to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in plumbing systems, construction, and maintenance. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The Plumbing Technician will work closely with project managers and other trades to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable of heavy lifting, and comfortable working with various tools and schematics. Must have experience in running a job site, experience in multi family and town homes and must be able to read blue prints and mechanical drawings. New construction.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction tools safely and effectively
- Perform heavy lifting tasks related to materials and equipment required for plumbing projects
- Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal operation
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications
- Troubleshoot issues using basic math skills and technical schematics to identify solutions
- Assist in the assembly of plumbing components and related systems as needed
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe work environment at all times
Experience
- Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, or maintenance is preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, carpentry, welding, and schematics is a plus
- Familiarity with construction sites or industrial environments is advantageous
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Strong understanding of basic math principles relevant to measurements and calculations in plumbing tasks
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and working in various positions for extended periods

Pay: $48.00-$50.00 per hour
