Job Summary
We are looking to hire a videographer to film and edit construction/home renovation videos. We average 2–3 shoots a week, then we plan to increase this amount as the business needs evolve.

All-In Media Management (AIMM) is a social media marketing company that works with construction companies to help elevate their brand digitally.
Role:
This role is an on-call videographer who will film renovation projects, client testimonials, and talking head videos with AIMM's clients around the GTHA.
Responsibilities:
- Operate professional video recording equipment to produce high-quality footage for promotional videos, social media, events, and internal communications.
- Edit raw footage using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro to create polished final products.
- Incorporate visual effects, motion graphics, and animations using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator to enhance video content.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and shot lists that align with project objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest videography trends, techniques, and equipment to continually improve production quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace for equipment setup and storage.
- Comfortable Using Google Drive, WhatsApp and Email
Requirements:
- Must own their own camera equipment (Sony Mirrorless camera, Rs3 - Rs5 level gimbal). Microphone and lighting are not necessary.
- Able to freely travel to different locations around the GTHA.
- Have 2+ years making videos.
- Basic knowledge of the construction and home renovation industry.
- Must be comfortable working on jobsites, near machinery, with a history of working in similar conditions.
Availability:
- Must be available to shoot 7 days a week.
- Projects are typically 5–10 hours each.
Starting Pay (First 3 Months):
$20–25/hour
or
$200–350 per shoot
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Video production: 2 years (preferred)
