Job Overview
We are looking for a detail oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help ensure smooth day to day operations. This role is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, contracts, and sales documents.
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up on customer quotes, orders, and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including shipping and warehouse teams, to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Track sales activities and prepare reports for management.
- Assist with inventory coordination and order follow up when required.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Perform general office administration duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience in sales administration, sales support, or customer service.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and shipping or ERP software. Experience with Acumatica is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional, positive, and customer focused attitude.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
