In this role, the HR Systems and Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting daily HR systems and processes. The position contributes to the efficiency of HR technology operations by providing first-level support, ensuring data quality, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives for tools and practices. The role also aims to enhance the user experience and support overall HR service performance.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Manage incoming operational technology requests through JSM and provide first-level user support
- Deliver a smooth, professional, and customer-oriented service experience
- Create, update, and share reports for the HR community
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve HR processes and tools
- Provide operational support for HR systems (Taléo, Phenom, Officevibe, Learning Hub, SuccessFactors)
- Perform daily system monitoring and maintain data accuracy
- Handle recurring requests and system-related issues
- Contribute to optimization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- College diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience in HR operations with hands-on use of HR systems (especially SuccessFactors)
- Ability to manage recurring tasks with rigor and consistency
- Strong comfort with data and technology tools
- Ability to extract, structure, analyze, and validate HR data
- Strong customer service and collaboration skills
- Effective communication and ability to respond to operational requests
- Bilingualism (French and English) required to support global teams
- CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000–$115,000. This role is an existing vacancy
