Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly vehicle sales goals using in-house financing approvals from our lender partners
- Present and sell extended warranties, insurance packages, and value-added products
- Welcome walk-in customers and provide attentive, knowledgeable assistance
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to generate appointments
- Use digital and traditional platforms to drive traffic and leads
- Locate vehicles to match customer requests and special orders
- Handle vehicle logistics, including pick-ups and deliveries
- Offer tailored financing solutions based on each customer's situation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and banking partners
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue and achieve dealership objectives
Required Qualifications:
- OMVIC license (must be current)
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (automotive preferred)
- Valid Full G driver’s license with clean driving record
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits:
