Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Residential Framer / House Builder to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential framing, carpentry, and general construction. This role involves building and assembling residential structures with precision, adhering to blueprints and schematics, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. The position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a wide range of skills including woodworking, concrete forming, and heavy equipment operation. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute framing projects.
- Construct residential walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and related tasks for foundation and structural work.
- Install siding and perform restoration work as needed to ensure quality finishes.
- Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks such as lifting and moving large materials or components.
- Use welding techniques where necessary for structural reinforcement or repairs.
- Cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials with woodworking skills to meet project specifications.
- Conduct heavy lifting safely to handle materials such as lumber, concrete forms, or steel components.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential framing or house building with a strong understanding of carpentry principles.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, and restoration processes is preferred.
- Experience with siding installation and woodworking is highly desirable.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as required.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
