Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role is essential to supporting various operational tasks across our projects, ensuring smooth workflow and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Prior experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in a hands-on setting with room for growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as needed
- Support team members in completing construction or maintenance tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites to promote safety and efficiency
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, and stacking materials
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors promptly
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Reliable transportation to job sites (if applicable)
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or similar fields is advantageous but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions diligently

Pay: $15.70-$20.00 per hour
