Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential settings, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for clients. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Prior experience in residential cleaning and hospitality is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French is a plus. The Housekeeper will play a vital role in upholding the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality our clients expect.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Prepare and maintain supplies needed for cleaning tasks
- Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health and safety standards
- Organize spaces efficiently to maximize cleanliness and functionality
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous
- Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential cleaning environments
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to complete tasks efficiently
