A well-recognized community pharmacy in Medicine Hat is looking for a Relief Pharmacist for the entire month of June. This role offers a vibrant, fast-paced setting supported by a seasoned team and streamlined workflows that are already in place.
The Role
- $100/hour all-in rate
- Incorporated pharmacists are welcome
- Consistent hours for the full month (flexible schedule)
- Strong team support: 3–4 pharmacy assistants and 1–2 overlapping pharmacists daily
- Kroll dispensing system for efficient operations
What to Expect
Daily Volume: 300–350 Rx
Team Size: 3–4 assistants + pharmacist overlap
System: Kroll
This is not a trial by fire. The pharmacy operates smoothly, the assistants are highly skilled, and pharmacist backup is available during peak times.
What We're Seeking
- Active Alberta Pharmacist license in good standing
- Comfortable in a medium-to-high volume retail environment
- Kroll experience (preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
