The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for cultivating key business relationships with new and existing customers through exceptional customer service and support.
Handles customer queries and provides exceptional sales support including product sourcing, entering and expediting orders, preparing quotations, and troubleshooting order-related issues
Provides direct support to customers primarily through phone calls and email
Markets new products and services available from the company
Works closely with Inside Sales personnel to achieve common sales goals and objectives
Provides product solutions to meet customer needs
Cultivates key business relationships within assigned territory
Reviews regularly customer sales activity, identifies opportunities, and maximizes account saturation
Presents a professional image in all interactions and behaviours
Provides the highest level of service in accordance with the company’s quality system and ISO standards
Uncovers new sales opportunities and potential prospects through industry databases, networking, referrals, etc.
