Job Summary
We are a needing a dedicated, enthusiastic and Experienced Server to join our team in providing exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a true passion for customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing their orders.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Process customer payments efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and other surfaces.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience.
- Assist with restocking supplies as needed throughout your shift.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer concerns.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is desirable; training may be provided for the right candidate.
