Decks and Fences by Ryan is hiring installers for the upcoming season. We’re looking for people who work hard, show up with a good attitude, and enjoy being part of a team that gets things done.
Experience in framing or carpentry is an asset, but the most important thing is reliability, a willingness to learn, and a sense of humour. We spend long days together outside — being able to work well with the crew matters.
What the job involves
- Framing decks and fences
- Cutting lumber accurately
- Using power tools safely
- Moving materials and keeping the job site organized
What we’re looking for
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good sense of humour and team mindset
- Ability to lift 60+ lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Steel-toed boots
- Ability to follow direction and work efficiently
Details
- $20–$25/hr starting (based on experience)
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Seasonal: Late March – mid December
