Kidco is seeking a skilled and dedicated Grader Operator to join our Earthworks division.
Ideal Candidate:
-
Experienced in operating motor graders, including CAT 12, 14, and 24 models (M and H series)

Proficient in achieving final grade using grade stakes or GPS
-
Familiar with onboard GPS systems such as Topcon or Trimble
-
Has previous Experienced in performing finish work in residential subdivisions
-
Capable of performing daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment
-
Team player with excellent collaboration skills
-
Reliable transportation and a valid class 5 driver’s license
Schedule:
-
Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
-
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Sundays and long weekends off (voluntary shifts available)

Wage: $25 - $35 based on experience

Overtime Pay: After 8 hours each day and 44 hours per week
