Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies across digital platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating campaigns, working with external partners, and ensuring all marketing activities are delivered on time and on brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, including e-commerce, SEO, and analytics, along with proficiency in graphic design and web development tools. As a key member of our marketing department, you will help enhance brand visibility, drive online engagement, and support overall business growth through targeted campaigns and data-driven decision-making.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing channels.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute local marketing campaigns (e.g., grand openings, seasonal promotions, new product launches)
- Manage social media content calendars and coordinate with content creators / KOLs
- Track campaign performance and provide basic reports
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials (menus, posters, in-store signage, giveaways)
- Communicate between head office and franchisees/stores to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Utilize SEO techniques and Google Analytics to monitor website performance, analyze traffic patterns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research to enhance search engine rankings and improve ad targeting.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns through Google AdWords and Facebook Ads, continuously optimizing for better ROI.
- Maintain website content updates using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL as needed to ensure functionality and user experience are top-notch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content calendars, promotional materials, and branding initiatives.
- Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports that inform future marketing strategies.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging tools to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Google Ads platform management.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles with the ability to create visually appealing content.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools and techniques for SEO optimization.
- Experience with analytics tools to measure campaign success and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines.

- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, coordinating, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on schedule
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Little Red Book is a plus)
- Passion for food, beverage, or retail marketing is an asset
Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
