Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and very well organized Office Admin, Marketing & Sales Support Associate to manage daily office tasks while supporting marketing and sales activities. This role may include customer follow-ups, lead generation, and assisting with social media and marketing efforts to drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain organized client records (policies, claims, renewals) in digital and physical systems
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with insurance applications, renewals, and document processing
- Verify accuracy of client information and ensure complete documentation
- Follow up with clients for missing documents, signatures, and payments
- Update and manage data in CRM/broker systems
- Track renewals, policy expirations, and pending applications
- Support billing tasks including invoicing and payment tracking
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and internal teams
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company and industry standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous administrative experience (insurance experience an asset)
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused, professional, and reliable
- Experience with CRM systems is an asset
MUST HAVE:
- Experience in an insurance or financial services environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Basic knowledge of insurance processes (policies, renewals, claims)

Pay: $17.95-$18.95 per hour
