Requirements:
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HVAC and refrigeration
- Enrolled in, or willing to enroll in, an HVAC or refrigeration apprenticeship (asset, not required)
- Previous construction, mechanical, or trade helper experience is an asset
- Willingness to learn and take direction from licensed technicians
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract (preferred)
- Physically capable of lifting, standing, and working in various job site environments
