We are currently seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team as an independent contractor (subcontractor).
With a large and growing patient base, this position offers steady work and predictable income, allowing you to focus on patient care in a supportive clinic environment.

Compensation & Structure
- Independent contractor (subcontractor) position
- Competitive earning potential ($67–$87/hour range + an additional 75% commission on other treatment modalities )

Responsibilities
- Provide massage therapy services within scope, tailored to individual patient needs
- Maintain accurate SOAP notes and treatment plans in accordance with CMTO standards
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members to deliver quality care
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic
Requirements
- Valid RMT License, in good standing with the CMTO (or planning to write registration exams soon)
- Valid and current professional liability insurance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in a multidisciplinary or high-volume clinic is an asset
- Comfortable treating a variety of conditions (e.g., sports injuries, chronic pain, prenatal care)
- A passion for helping people improve their quality of life, and a belief in a collaborative patient- focused care model.
