Resolution Staffing Inc, working in partnership with our client in the Cobourg area is currently seeking an experienced Electrician Non ticketed to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in industrial, commercial, and construction electrical work. Candidates do not need to hold a licensed Electrician certification; however, strong practical experience in the field is required. Preference may be given to a 3rd or 4th year apprentice.

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Perform wiring, conduit installation, panel work, and equipment hookups
- Assist with industrial, commercial, and construction electrical projects
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and complete repairs efficiently
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and site standards
- Work independently or as part of a team on various job sites
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
Qualifications
- Previous hands-on electrical experience in industrial, commercial, and/or construction environments
- Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with conduit bending, wiring, and electrical installations
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation considered an asset
Preferred Experience
- Industrial maintenance experience
- Commercial construction experience
- Experience working with motors, controls, and electrical panels
- Experience operating lifts or working at heights considered an asset

Pay: $32.00-$35.00 per hour
