We are seeking a part-time Production Assistant to join our team at our new, small-scale, locally operated chocolate factory. Our brand specializes in vegan, low-sugar, low-calorie chocolate, and we are committed to creating high-quality products.
Position Details:
- Approximately up to 24 hours per week (2-3 shifts per week).
-MUST be available Tuesdays to Saturdays, 7am-3pm during July and August
- Work alongside the Production Manager and another team member
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the depositor machine and assist with production
-Create chocolate confections
- Load and unload molds onto the depositor conveyor belt
- Transport baking trays of molds to the cooling room and store them as per our system guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50-pounds
- Comfortable standing for the entire shift
