Job Summary
We are looking for friendly, hardworking, and reliable Crew Members to join our pizza shop team. As a Crew Member, you will help prepare food, serve customers, maintain cleanliness, and ensure every customer has a great experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pizzas, toppings, and other menu items according to store standards
- Provide excellent customer service and greet customers in a friendly manner
- Take customer orders in person, over the phone, or through online systems
- Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining area, and workstations
- Assist with food preparation such as cutting vegetables, preparing dough, and stocking ingredients
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Help with opening and closing duties of the store
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and orders
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate items
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset but not required
