Job Summary
Looking for a skilled and reliable 310T Mechanic to be apart of a growing business.. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of machinery and equipment, Trucks, plows, road maintenance vehicles, equipment and classic cars. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on trucks and equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques
- Repair or replace faulty components with precision and efficiency
- Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Assist in troubleshooting complex mechanical problems to minimize downtime
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and upgrades
- Rustproof/Undercoat all types of vehicles and equipment
Experience
- Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems
- Hands-on experience using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers
- Proficiency with power tools including drills, grinders, and impact drivers
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical concepts is preferred
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
