ArcLine Pipe & Steel Ltd. is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to establish and grow our presence throughout British Columbia.
This is an opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys offering solutions, developing relationships, and building something from the ground up. The successful candidate will play a key role in introducing ArcLine’s pipe fabrication capabilities to new markets and developing long-term relationships with contractors, municipalities, utilities, industrial clients, wholesalers, and other organizations that require prefabricated pipe solutions.
ArcLine Pipe & Steel Ltd. is owned and operated by CCH Management Group, a Vancouver Island-based organization with a portfolio of established subsidiaries serving the construction, utility, and infrastructure sectors. With decades of experience delivering complex projects throughout British Columbia, CCH Management Group provides the operational expertise, resources, and support required to help ArcLine establish itself as a trusted fabrication partner.
About the Role
This is a relationship-driven sales position focused on developing new business opportunities throughout British Columbia. The successful candidate will have significant autonomy in managing their territory, developing relationships, promoting ArcLine as a fabrication solution for businesse , and representing ArcLine in the manufacturing marketplace.
This position is primarily remote and will require regular travel throughout the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, and Interior regions of British Columbia.
The successful candidate will have the chance to contribute to the long-term growth of the business beyond the initial contract term.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business prospects for ArcLine’s pipe fabrication services.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including municipalities, utilities, mechanical contractors, industrial contractors, engineering firms, wholesalers, and other industry partners.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Research upcoming projects and identify areas where ArcLine can provide value to clients.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, networking activities, and industry outreach.
- Represent ArcLine at industry events to strengthen client relationships.
- Develop opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling and direct engagement with potential clients.
- Maintain a sales pipeline of prospective opportunities and provide regular updates on business development activities to the COO.
- Collaborate with ArcLine’s operations team and management to understand how the company can consistently meet client needs and how best to support client projects.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have a proven track record of success in sales for new companies or business development.
- Be comfortable developing new relationships and pursuing potential sales avenues independently.
- Be persistent, professional, and motivated by the challenge of entering established markets.
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Be comfortable with regular travel and managing a flexible schedule.
- Possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence and a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction, industrial, utility, manufacturing, or related sectors.
- Existing relationships within the British Columbia construction or infrastructure markets.
- Experience selling products or services to contractors, utilities, municipalities, or industrial clients.
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
