Job Title: Concierge
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at a residential property. The Concierge will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors while ensuring a welcoming, secure, and well-managed environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and discretion. Previous experience in residential buildings, strata properties, or hospitality is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Monitor and control building access while following security protocols.
- Assist residents with inquiries, service requests, and general information.
- Coordinate deliveries, packages, and visitor access.
- Monitor security cameras and report any unusual or suspicious activity.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and building records.
- Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and vendor access.
- Communicate effectively with residents, property management, and staff.
- Enforce building policies while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Respond to emergencies or incidents according to building procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in concierge, customer service, or security is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or challenging situations.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain digital logs.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
- Multilingual skills are considered an asset.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
