Full-Time Logistics Office Clerk – Mississauga, ON

We are a steadily growing, full-service international logistics provider specializing in Ocean/Air/Land freight, freight forwarding, warehousing, Amazon FBA fulfillment, customs brokerage, and distribution. To support our expanding Toronto operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Office Clerk who is eager to grow a career in the logistics and supply chain industry.

- Compensation: CA$20.00 - CA$23.00 / hour (Depending on skills and experience)
Core Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Handle daily office administrative tasks, including data entry, document filing, sorting, and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
- Assist the operations team in reviewing basic shipping documents (e.g., Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, courier labels) to ensure data accuracy in our system.
- Basic Billing Assistance: Help check logistics expenses, issue basic invoices to clients, and maintain routine financial data records.
- Coordination & Communication: Answer office phone calls, respond to basic customer inquiries regarding shipment tracking status.
- Maintain clear communication with our warehouse team to pass along routine dispatching and labeling instructions.
Job Requirements
- Experience: No prior logistics experience required! We welcome candidates with backgrounds in general office administration, customer service, or those with a genuine interest in logistics and e-commerce supply chains. (1 year of clerical or basic logistics experience is an asset).
- Language Capacity: Excellent bilingual communication skills in Mandarin and English. Must be able to read English documentation fluently and handle basic phone/email correspondence in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially basic Excel formulas and data organization). Eager to learn internal logistics software.
- Key Attributes: High attention to detail, well-organized, patient, and capable of multi-tasking in a collaborative team environment.
- Work Authorization: Must hold valid legal work authorization in Canada (PR, Citizen, or stable open Work Permit).
