We are looking for a Garden Maintenance Crew Member to help us finish our season, starting from Mid August- Early November. We specialize in garden maintenance and small projects (cleanups, mulching, planting). As a gardening crew member, you will be responsible for:
- Performing various gardening tasks such as weeding, hedge trimming, pruning, mulching, planting, moving soil, and other duties as assigned
- Using and maintaining various tools and equipment, including trimmers, blowers, shovels, rakes, etc.
- Following safety and quality standards and procedures
- Communicating effectively with team members
- Reporting any issues or problems to the crew leader
To be eligible for this position, you must have:
- Reliable transportation
- At least one year of experience in high end residential gardening
- A general level of knowledge of plants, pests, and gardening techniques
- A physical ability to walk, bend, kneel, lift, work with hands/wrist for a full 8 hours and work in various weather conditions
- A cellphone to access the company work app (Jobber)
- A friendly, punctual, and detail-oriented personality
Assets but not required:
- A valid driver’s license
- Horticulture education or currently enrolled as a horticulture student
Work Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm
A $500/full season health spending account is available after 1 month of employment

Part time hours available! The position may lead to a Jr Crew Leader role in 2026 and secured employment for the 2027 Season!
