We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and team-oriented Kitchen Team Member to join our busy kitchen during evening service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love great food, and take pride in delivering quality, we want to meet you!
This is a hands-on position focused on evening dinner service, with opportunities to grow within our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Work various kitchen stations (grill, sauté, fry, prep, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to ensure timely ticket execution
- Assist with food prep, portioning, and stocking during shifts
- Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout service
- Support closing duties and proper food storage at the end of the night
Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience preferred (line cook, prep cook, or similar)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Available for PM shifts (typically 3 PM – 11 PM), including weekends
- Must be able to stand and move for long periods
- Passion for food and commitment to quality
