This position will be providing customer service and sales support within the Sales Department. Expected onboarding date is June 8, 2026.
Requirements/Qualifications
· A minimum of 2 years of working experience (related experience is a plus).
· Proficient skill set with Microsoft Office specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Formulas, etc.), Word, PowerPoint, Office 365 and Outlook.
· Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Detail oriented with excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
· Able to work independently and as part of a team.
· Able to prioritize, multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
· Strong customer service and communication skills
Responsibilities/Duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and support the work of sales team regarding rate inquiry/disputes from customers.
- Create and amend service agreement and file the service agreements.
- Maintain Customer Profile when required.
- Provide reports to the Sales Department and Management on statistical information.
- Respond to any inquiries from customers (Phone calls / emails ….).
- Gather, research, and distribute market Information.
- Maintain and monitor group mailbox.
- Joint visit customer with outside sales when necessary.
- Greet and welcome visitors at the front desk as supportive.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries as supportive.
