A demanding role—human… and deeply rewarding!
This position represents a unique opportunity to highlight psychoeducational expertise within an interdisciplinary team. The psychoeducator will contribute a distinct analytical perspective and clinical approach rooted in their training, enriching existing interventions while performing functions similar to those of criminologists and social workers.
Your day-to-day mission:
- Assess reports when a child’s safety or development is compromised;
- Analyze protection situations and the needs of children and their families;
- Intervene with children and families from diverse communities;
- Actively contribute to clinical decision-making within a multidisciplinary team;
- Participate in the development of the next generation of psychoeducators within the E&O service.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The ideal candidate :
- Member of the OPPQ;
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience;
- Excellent analytical skills, clinical leadership, and autonomy;
- Bilingual in English and French;
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
