We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting equipment and gravel over short or long distances, ensuring safe and timely deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Operate and drive trucks to transport goods and materials
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
- Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Collect and verify delivery instructions
Skills
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment
- Knowledge of automotive repair is a plus
- Familiarity with freight handling procedures
- Possess a valid commercial driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$37.00 per hour
