Who We Are:
Taiv is a fast-growing tech startup located in Winnipeg, Canada. Taiv uses AI to make business TV more fun, engaging, profitable, and easier to manage, starting with bars and restaurants. We've built proprietary tech that uses computer vision to watch live TV and improve the content with contextually-aware commercials, content, and games. Our tech also automates the manual AV tasks that venues have to do every day, to make bar management easier, standardized, and more profitable. We're venture-capital backed and graduated from Y Combinator, the world's top tech accelerator, in winter 2020. Program alumni include Airbnb, Instacart, DoorDash, etc. (www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies).
We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our growing Venue Operations Team!
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll play a critical role in coordinating Taiv's field operations by scheduling installs, dispatching technicians, monitoring service health, and ensuring our venue partners receive a seamless experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Taiv during a period of rapid growth. You'll gain hands-on operational experience at a high-growth startup while working closely with multiple teams across the business. If you're detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoy solving problems in real time, this role is for you.

Screen Health & Service Tracking
- Monitor screen health across the Taiv network and proactively schedule service calls for offline or flagged units
- Track the status of open service tickets from creation through resolution
- Follow up with AV technicians after site visits to confirm issues are resolved and screens are back online
- Maintain accurate records of service history, technician notes, and outstanding issues
Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with Partner Account Managers to coordinate service visits and communicate job status updates
- Coordinate with Onboarding Specialists to ensure installations are fully prepared before technicians arrive onsite
- Verify all necessary job details are complete, including site access information, equipment readiness, venue contacts, and layout requirements
- Identify and resolve operational gaps before they become field issues
- Coordinate and prepare technicians for new venue installations
- Confirm equipment has been delivered and site requirements are met before dispatch
- Track installation progress across multiple active jobs and communicate completion status internally
Who You Are:
- You're highly organized and can manage multiple moving pieces without losing track of details
- You communicate clearly and professionally with technicians, venue partners, and internal teams
- You stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly when priorities shift
- You're proactive and solutions-oriented — you identify issues early and work to resolve them
- You're comfortable using spreadsheets, calendars, and operational software tools
- You enjoy fast-paced environments where no two days are the same
- You're a team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Your Qualifications:
- Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, coordination, customer support, or operations preferred
