Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supplement Advisor to join our team. This role involves providing expert guidance to clients on supplement products, managing customer relationships, and supporting sales initiatives within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience in customer service, and familiarity with SaaS platforms like Salesforce. A background in financial services, marketing, or account management is a plus. Duties
- Engage with clients to understand their supplement needs and recommend appropriate products
- Manage customer accounts and maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote new supplement offerings and educational content
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client success and retention
- Assist in project management tasks related to product launches or promotional campaigns
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product developments, and regulatory guidelines
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales within the health, wellness, or financial services sectors
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Experience in project management and coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously is preferred
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to health supplements or SaaS solutions is advantageous
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer relationship management will be highly valued
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
