Position Overview
Wellington Builders is seeking an experienced Carpenters / Labourers to join our team.
We are looking an individual who is:

You will be expected to contribute to projects while meeting timelines and maintaining our high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction and carpentry tasks
- Perform framing, finishing, and general labour duties (depending on experience)
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Support site supervisors and coordinate with trades
- Assist with basic project coordination and site activities
- Follow all health and safety policy and procedures
General Skills Required
- Residential and commercial construction experience
- Carpentry framing knowledge or experience
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Ability to assist trades and support project coordination
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s Licence (required)
- Valid Working at Heights Certification
- Canadian residency or valid work permit
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication skills with clients, inspectors, engineers, and team members
Schedule
- Full-time, Permanent
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour day shifts
