Overview
All Pro Detailing Group is a growing mobile boat restoration company based out of London specializing in professional polishing, oxidation removal, gelcoat restoration, wet sanding, and exterior/interior detailing services. We travel to marinas and customer locations across Ontario restoring boats ranging from small pleasure crafts to high-end yachts.
We are looking for motivated, hardworking individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and want to grow with a fast-paced company. This position involves hands-on outdoor work using professional restoration equipment and techniques to transform and protect marine surfaces.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, physically capable, and willing to learn. Experience in detailing, polishing, construction, automotive, cleaning, or marine work is an asset, but not required. Training will be provided for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Perform boat restoration and detailing services to an extremely high standard with strong attention to detail and finish quality
- Complete polishing, compounding, wet sanding, oxidation removal, and protection applications using proper techniques and equipment
- Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and organization on all job sites while representing the company positively
- Inspect completed work thoroughly and ensure all services meet company quality expectations before leaving the site
- Work efficiently without cutting corners and take pride in delivering premium results for every customer
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and willingness to maintain high-quality standards
- Reliable source of transportation
- Physically capable of working long hours outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to work carefully with premium surfaces and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to execute tasks given within a specific timeframe
- Professional attitude, communication, and time management skills
- Experience in detailing, polishing, marine, automotive, or hands-on labour work is considered an asset, but not required
- Willingness to learn professional boat restoration techniques and procedures
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys hands-on, physically active environments. We’re looking for motivated individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in learning professional marine restoration skills while growing with the company.
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
