This position is for a full time experienced cook. You will be expected to cook and call the line during dinner service, and be capable of brunch service.
Most of our menu is produced in house from scratch. Knowledge and practical application of professional culinary techniques is a must, good knife skills is a must.
Special menu items rotate every few days, bring your cooking to the menu.
Shifts are available all times we are open, everyone will start on evenings at first, based on skills we can work out a consistent schedule.
