- Consults with customers regarding system needs; prepare estimates and customer proposals; prepare billings and reports.
- Coordinates, trains, leads, and oversees activities of security and alarm technician crews.
- Installs and maintains CCTV, security, alarm, and special systems.
- Programs and maintains equipment and systems including intrusion detection, video surveillance, asset protection, environmental detection, holdup/duress, integrated systems and equipment related to the alarm monitoring station.
- Processes customer billing and contractor or vendor invoices per departmental policies.
- Maintains records of work performed.
- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Experience:
- Security System Technician: 3 years (preferred)
